Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your church's use of After Service. By creating a church account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

1. The service

After Service provides each subscribing church with a private, access-controlled space to store and share photos, video, and written posts with its approved members.

2. Your content

Your church retains ownership of everything it uploads. We do not share one church's content with any other church, and we do not use your media to train any model without your explicit consent.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance after a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal.

4. Termination

If a subscription lapses, your church's space is locked, not deleted — your admin can reactivate billing at any time to restore access, with your data exactly as you left it. We do not currently auto-delete data on a fixed schedule after cancellation; if you want your church's data permanently removed, contact us or use account deletion from your account settings.

5. Safeguarding & content responsibility

After Service is a storage and sharing tool for your church — we do not review or approve content before it is uploaded. Your church is responsible for who it grants uploader or admin access to, and for ensuring your own safeguarding policy governs how staff and volunteers photograph and share images of children and other members of your congregation.

By using After Service, your church agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from content your admins, uploaders, or members upload, share, or publish through your church's space.

Every member can flag any photo, video, or post as inappropriate directly from the app; your church admins are notified and can remove it immediately. We review flagged content that raises a safeguarding concern, and reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate any church account that violates this policy, at our sole discretion and without notice where the concern is serious.
